A List of Helpful things to take for good health and vitality – some common, some rare. Let’s share and compare, shall we?

I am not a doctor, but I played one on television. Here is a list. You can take the time to investigate the benefits of each one. So without further adieu. My number one go to:

Serrapeptase — It has been a great addition to my life over the last nine years. It is great for relieving pain and inflammation. It also eats dead proteins in your body. It eats up lots of snot in my sinuses, clearing them out so that I can breathe much better. It also eats a lot of the plaque and gunk in and around the valves around my heart. Also my lungs are much clearer than before. In addition, it has also has helped my eyesight to improve. I would add that it helps to slowly relieve bruising, scarring, edema, among other things.

I take it with a glass of water on an empty stomach around 3 am when I get up to pee.

Green Lipped Mussels — The best thing that I’ve encountered in the last couple of years is this product out of New Zealand. It is great for connective tissue, healing joint pain and inflammation. It helps to relieve certain forms of arthritis as well. My wife and I are very impressed with this product!

Vitamin K2 — Is great for pulling out calcium from bone spurs and calcium deposits and placing it in your teeth and bones. Cleans your joints.

Vitamin D3 — Is a hormone that is most important in our Covid-19 world. Weather from sunshine or a soft jell, it is important to take an optimal dose.

Vitamin C — Is very helpful in keeping a positive outlook.

Zinc — Helps to maintain immune function. My copper is very high. Taking more Zinc helps balance the two closer to the center. I would add that Quercetin helps to absorb more zinc into your system. Taking them both together is a good idea.

Vitamin B3 — Niacin is good for telomeres and recovering from addictions. Good for saunas and building ones immune system. Just watch out for the flush.

Vitamin B6 & 12 — Good for fighting depression.

Vital — 3 Omega 3, 6, & 9 — Is good for Cardiovascular Health.

Bromelain — Is great for breaking down fibrin and scar tissue in the body. Papaya and Pineapple have lots of Bromelain in it.

For bedtime I would recommend the following:

Resurge — For deep sleep and high support formula. This stuff helps one to get deeper sleep.

Gaba — helps to promote relaxation

For weight loss I would recommend the following:

Garcinia Cambogia

Berberine

****

Astaxanthin — Supports eye health

Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract — great for ones cardiovascular system.

Loutien with Lutemax & Zeaxanthin — Helps support visual function and neutralize free radicals.

Strauss Heart Drops — Great for Cardiovascular Health.

L-Tirosine — Focus and concentration.

5-HTP — Good for relaxation and sense of peace.

(Both of these need to be taken with Vitamin B6 and C. For more information, check out Sean Croxton has written/interviewed extensively on this.)

Taurine — Antioxidant support for brain & heart health.

Magnesium & Potassium Aspartate — Supports Healthy Heart, Muscle and Nerve Functions.

Milk Thistle Extract — Great for liver health and function.

I may not take them daily, but over 3 days, I take most of these. This is only for entertainment purposes. I am not a doctor.
